On January 17, 2022, I got my Storage bin dropped off and got a quote for a digital signature. On January 18, 2022, I did the digital signature because of some ***. However, I was not told about an extra charge of $197.00 after the drop off at my new place. I want my money back! Also, I was out of town when the loaded bin was picked up from my old place. Some witnesses told me that the bin was loaded at a really steep angle, more than the 12 degrees I was told. If any of my stuff got broken, I want them replaced.
