Trip Front review: Trip front is trying to screw us - 877-319-2250 - Alaina at ext. 5134 - such a liar

Went and had tickets to go to Vegas. While looking for parking I was hit and my car was totaled, so we missed our flight. While talking to the police, I called 877-319-2250 and spoke to ALAINA at ext. 5134 and told her several hours in advance that we were not able to make our flight and that I needed to reschedule. She told me that was fine and tried to get me a flight later that day which of course my car was totaled, so NO! She told me to call her back and we could reschedule. So a day or so later I called her back only to be told that we were not able to reschedule because it was too late. She and I went back and forth and I told her I wanted to talk to a manager and she said they would call me in a snappy tone. Never heard back, so today my husband and I have both called simultaneously to get someone to help us and we kept getting hung up on. So we just kept calling back. All we want to do is take our flight soon now that we have our car back, but we were told in one of our calls at 877-319-2250 and that ALAINA at ext. 5134 said we went on our flight. So if you really want a treat, call 877-319-2250 and talk to ALAINA at ext. 5134 and see how many lies she can tell you too. Now "supposedly" her "manager" is calling us tomorrow. If they say we are losing our $626 because of her lies.. I am going to blow a gasket.
