Trip Front Contacted the company and had to leave a number for them to call me back

Contacted the company and had to leave a number for them to call me back. Waited over 3 days for a call back and did not get one. I called them back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stick with the known apps for making your airline reservations. If you need to change your reservation, it will cost you more money. If you cancel, you loose your money with no credit. Those are things you need to consider before going with this "business".

I booked a flight on June 1st for my husband and I to attend a destination wedding that I am in. I got one confirmation email. Funny enough, no confirmation #. I read the email and it says my e ticket will be issued before the flight. Okay, so 6 days before my flight I want to make sure that I can update my KTN for TSA precheck. I send an email and get a canned response about getting my e ticket before the flight. I send another email asking them to answer my question and provide the confirmation # for the airlines. Get the same canned response except they ask for my trip#. So I send it again and nothing. The next day I get 3 voicemails saying my ticket was not confirmed.They took my payment on June 1st, but it wasn't confirmed? They say they tried to contact me. No missed calls or emails until today for which I initiated the contact. I may have to change my complaint to request help in getting a refund if I don't receive it. Also I had to call back 3 times because nobody called me back in the designaged time. Very disappointed in the communication and in myself so being taken in like that. I travel a lot, but strayed from my normal travel app. Never again.

Booked a trip with Trip Front, but found out day of travel my card was suspected of fraud. So trip was canceled, Trip Front never contacted me about the cancelation. Even though we did get a booking confirmation number. Then when I called them day of after finding out about cancelation the guy on phone told me I was a fraud trying to use someone else credit card, And told me I was dreaming for the last 40 days that I had tickets. After that I just gave up on the phone with them. If I could leave NO stars I would.

On September 4 2022, I booked a round trip from Orlando to Raleigh for September 17 for two people for $273.52. The company charged my credit card and I received confirmation which stated my e ticket would be emailed. I received an e-mail which said my reservation had been canceled. I called the company and was told that the airline did not take my reservation because the less expensive seats had been sold. They said i would be refunded my ticket and they could get me on the same flight at twice the price., but I would have to wait on my refund and pay the full fare. NEEDLESS TO SAY I SMELLED A SCAM AND DID NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I do not understand why it took from September 5 to September 13 to communicate that the reservation was cancelled

Trip Front Reservation

I booked a flight for my 2 grandkids 11-15-23 from FLL to ATL. TRI1617339 to leave at 6:52pm. Arrived at airport and was told the flight was for 1:18pm. TSA checked on flight and found that this booking had 2 confirmation numbers with 2 different times to leave. The TSA said they were to leave on F9 2173 FLIGHT. didn't get any such notice and tried to get the flight rebooked with no avail.

I called the 888 number and spoke to a lady who said she was going to rebook the flight to in the morning and would be calling me back in about hour. she never called back so I called, only to be told that the agent who was helping me, WENT HOME. I still have 2 kids stuck in the airport with no flight. Everyone is giving me the run around. I even called [protected] and still no help. My name is Effie Tranchese [protected]

Trip Front Airline reservations

THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.! I don't know how it happened, but I made a trip to Las Vegas from Reno, NV. The first part was reserved with Spirit Airlines, but the second part from Las Vegas back to Reno was reserved by Trip Front both ways with 1 piece of checked luggage. I have no idea how Trip Front got involved. I thought I was speaking with Spirt Airlines. At any rate, NEVER AGAIN. TRIP FRONT ABSOLUTELY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PIECE OF CHECKED LUGGAGE. THEY CHARGED ME $27 MORE THE THE RETURN TRIP (I thought it included my luggage), but when I got to the airport, there was NO luggage on my ticket so Spirit charged me another $59 for my luggage. I will never do business with Trip Front and I am not sure about Spirit Airlines.

Trip Front Said that they are processing a refund and they do not

On June 17th I booked a flight for me and my children using trip front it came out of my account as something different so I immediately alerted them to a possible scam. Call Trip front to cancel they laughed in my face and then trip front said that they would refund me and it's been 15 days 15 days ever since... I have audio recording of them saying that they are processing the refund and yet nothing

Trip Front Refunding Airline tickets

My name is Debora Williams

On the July 3rd . In the afternoon. I made reservations to fly from Phoenix, Arizona.

To San Diego, California.

I also paid for a round trip. For my self and my dog..

I would be leaving on July 6th and returning back to Phoenix on July the 9th.

Reservation no.

TRI871476 total cost 587.00 dollars

soon after making these Reervations. I found out my daughter was very very ill with Har Kidneys and maybe put in the hospital. We live together and she needed me to care for her.

I called Trip Front immediately and canceled my reservation. I was told by a gentleman that somebody from Trip Front would call withe 24 hours.

No one called me at all. I called and I was told that my tickets were non refundable. Now my understanding is by law that if you call within 24 hours. That tickets would be refundable. This the Consumers Protection Law.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

Desired outcome: Ì hope your company does the right thing and refunds my 587.00 dollars. That they are a company that follows the Consumer Protection Laws. I would also like them to email or call me if there is thing to get my refund.

Trip Front Airline tickets

On July 3rd,2023 I purchased round trip airline tickets to go from Phoenix, AZ to SanDiego CA. Also round trip ticket for my dog.

Booking no. TRI 71476

My daughter had went to the doctor. When she got home that she was very ill and may have be put in the hospital, for kidney disease.

We live together and Iam her only care for her.

I called Trip Front and told them I had to cancel my reservations. The customer service agent told me that someone would call me within 24 hrs. No one ever called me at all I called they had one of their agents,very rudely tell me that these were non refundable tickets. So I was out 587.00 dollars. No chance if getting a refund.

My sister is a travel agent and she told me that if I had to cancel I had to do it within 14 hours. The rude agent told me that I didn't cancel at all. I have an email that says I did cancel in that time period. On July 3 the same day I made the reservations.

Trip Front Airline tickets for frontier airlines

My name is Debora K Williams.

I booked a flight on July 3rd to fly on Frontier Airlines for the 6th of July. From Phoenix Az to San Diego CA. Also a trip for my dog. This was 587.00 dollars. It was a round trip returning July 9th.

I soon found out my daughter was seriously ill.

So I called 4 hours after booking the flight and canceled my flight.

I was told that a rep would be contacting me within 24 hours. I never heard from any rep. Of Trip Front.

I called today and I spoke to rep. Who rudely told me that I never canceled my flight and this was not refundable ticket. Here is my booking no.

I paid with my card ending

If this cannot be remedy. It will be necessary to take your company to small claims court.

Trip Front On September 14, 2022, I paid $527.76 USD for booking three trip flight tickets on TripFront.com, their promised refund has not been received yet .

On September 14, 2022 EST, I paid $527.76 USD for booking three trip flight tickets from Toronto to New York on TripFront.com, My booking number is TFON275573. However, I refunded my ticket due to an emergency. The customer service promised to refund the ticket by call and email within one to two billing cycles to return to my credit card, but they have not returned the money to my bank card until now. It has been eight months now, and still no refund. I have sent emails many times urging them, but they still procrastinate and refuse to process it. I hope you can check the refund progress for me. I feel this company is just hoping I give up and forget the refund. Is there anything you can do to help?

Desired outcome: Return all my refunds to my bank card as soon as possible

We booked three round trip flights from dtw to fort meters, fl. through *** Airlines. We paid with *** credit card. Tripfront somehow intercepted our reservations, cancelled our booked flights, and asked that refunds be directed to other persons unknown to us. Now, two months later, we are trying to resolve this issue with the credit card company.

July 21st, 2022. $1,261 paid to Trip Front for two round trip flights from CMH, Columbus to KOA, Kona and have yet to receive our e-tickets that we had been promised. Contacted Trip Front via e-mail and was told that we'd have the e-tickets 48 hours later. Also contacted them on August 13th directly using their provided customer service number. They told me the e-tickets would be sent 2 hours later, still haven't received the e-tickets. We would like to receive a full refund. Booking Reference No: TFONXXXXXX

Trip Front These people might be from India

These people might be from India. My wife signed up with them. I went to cancel because it was free cancellation. Now, it's not free. When I call, they have different ways of answering the phone...(ie..."Department," "Customer Service" When I ask them to provide the name of the company, one did - Said reservations was for Jet Blue (which was correct because that's what was in they system.) the other was silent...hung up Called them back - the one that hung up said he is Reservations Desk for Frontier Airlines. Please call me or email me. How can we fix this? Thanks

Trip Front On 9/3 I purchased 2 tickets to Hawaii thru Trip Front using my credit card

On 9/3 I purchased 2 tickets to Hawaii thru Trip Front using my credit card. I received an email reply from TripFront providing a reference number and advising that an E-ticket would be sent within a few hours. To date I have not received the E-ticket or confirmation of my booked flights. I've contacted Trip Front numerous times about this without success. They give me the run around or hang up on me. My cc company verified that the charge was paid on 9/3 and American Airlines did not have a record of a flight booked under my name. Please help me get a refund of $1041.98 so that I can re-book my trip thru a different source.

Booked flight with Tripfront on June 8th, 2022, money taken out of my account June 9th, 2022, flights were set for July 27th from Philly to Chicago for a family of 5, through American Airlines, we get to desk on the 27th and flights are not set up, agent see's them but Tripfront did not pay for tickets, I called customer service, person so rude and says they send email and cancelled, I go through my emails and when I was on the phone to them is when they send the email, I had to purchase new flights for a family of 5, I came home after vacation, contacted Tripfront again and tried to get refund, I have been hung up on 3 times, it's has been a month, still no refund. The refund will not cover the price of new tickets but I need my money back, I feel this is a scam, normal business would not have any of these policies in place

on June 7th, I booked a round trip flight to St. Louis , MO. total price was 436.20. couple of weeks later I called customer assistance due to not hearing anything about my flight. I was told by customer service "Dennis" that my original flight was cancelled, I would have to rebook another flight, new cost would be 501.00. I declined this offer, stated I wanted to cancel and get my money back. Dennis said refund would take 7-10 days and refund would be 397.00 due to processing fee. I agreed. on 7-6-22, no deposit of refund in my account , I called customer service, spoke to "Dave" who told me it was processing and it would take 7-30 days now. On 7-14 -22 I called once more, "David then told me it was processing, they were short staffed and it was unknown when the refund would be returned, he suggested I keep calling customer service. As of today, no refund posted in my bank account. I feel this company is just hoping I give up and forget the refund. Is there anything you can do to help?

Trip Front On June 5th I booked tickets through whom I thought was American Airlines

On June 5th I booked tickets through whom I thought was American Airlines. After I received a confirmation email I noticed it was booked through Trip Front. I then downloaded the American Airlines App on my phone so that I could check the progress of my booking. The flights that i received with my email confirmation were the same as the American Airlines App. I waited about a week and called the number given and asked when I would receive the ticket confirmation from the Airlines. I was told that I would have to wait 24 hrs after it cleared my credit card. I paid the credit card bill and waited until it appeared on my bank statement. The charge showed on my bill as an American Airlines charge. All the while I checked several times to see if my ticket was booked. I kept getting a message informing me that my number was invalided. It is now 3 weeks away and I decided to call American Airlines and was informed that a ticket under my name was in fact booked however it had been canceled. I did not cancel it. I had been scammed. Luckily the flight still had room so I booked it again, however, I had to pay again, almost double. I just filed a claim to dispute the charges and had to cancel my Credit Card.
