Better Fares UK Terrible Experience with Better Fares UK: No Show and Refusal to Refund

I wouldn't recommend using Better Fares UK. They took my booking and didn't show up with anything. When I asked for my money back, they refused. It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
