Hi,
we have recently returned from a trip to Santorini Greece, were both times on our departure flight from Dublin to Santorini and our return flight we had to pay 60 euro for our 1 bag of luggage thats 120 euro.
when booking through skyscanner [emails from yourselves] we had already booked on and paid for our 1 bag.
we are now looking for our refund re:this matter.
if you could let me know the details via email [[protected]@hotmail.com] of how to claim this all back asap that would be great.

  • Resolution Statement

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.

    Jenny I strongly suggest you contact your bank and let them deal with Travelgenio. You will put yourself through the ringer trying to get anywhere with them directly.
