Received a letter in the mail that Travelers will no longer renew insurance on our home. We are retired seniors on a fixed income. Never had a claim in 6 years, made all payments on time. Their reason is that the home is in a high-risk brush fire. In 45 years, I have been living here no brush fires at all. Despite record earnings in 2024 they want to punish their customers. This is [censored]. I hope anyone reading this never considers Travelers Insurance for anything.
