Travelers Insurance review: They are here to only help themselves!

I was hit by a drunk driver on MY WAY HOME FROM PIcking UP MY CAR! Completely not my fault. Other driver was arrested for 0wi. I first called Travelers to see what needed to be done. never got back with me for over 6 days! Rachael Moreno was the contact & all she wanted was to close the case out and send it to liable guys insurance. She was ill prepared and lazy. Had both first and last name wrong n policy. Refused to resend docs. No help from them with other nsurance. Lawyer said to use travelers to file claim. Them I got a nicer “handler” Alexandra. She was good until they totaled out my car. Then I got Noah Damman. he tried to get me to take a much lower $ than what it was worth (only drove car 2.5 miles before crash). Then the deceit, lies and manipulation started. He actually had a email that had an “offer” with my name signed on it. I never did that. Then his boss Ethan Harper got involved and would literally reject or conveniently ignore prior offers, only to be over &over proved wrong by me. I have wasted so much time with them, yet they kept digging their heels in, refusing to pay me, dragging things out. it was like they were purposely trying to harass me. Saying things like it was the law that I sign a power of attorney before they would pay me! When I questioned which law, he responded back that they could pay me before. Every single loophole that they made up, I proved wrong, and they ended up doing what I had initially asked for. I believe they think they are covered, and are untouchable, but don’t let them do it. Question it, push back and never EVER TAKE THEIR first initial offers. Noah and Ethan told so many lies, that I think even they didn’t remember what was said.
Remember, insurance companies are a “for profit” business. It is their business model to pay as little as possible for claims. They are not there to help you at all! They should ALL be banned! Home, Auto and medical! They are all disgusting, useless creatures mpanies! Stick to your guns, or they will stick it to you!
