Travelers Insurance review: Slow reimbursement process

Title was sent of totaled car overnight May the 22nd, . The title was received the following day, Friday the 23rd of May. We had already put a deposit on a car to replace the car totaled. Today is June 2nd. After inquiring this morning about the whereabouts of our check being direct deposited into our account, we were told that it was sent last Friday, 3 days ago. We were told that we should expect it in our account 2-5 business days. This is costing money for a rental as this whole episode had taken more than the allotted 30 days for a rental car as provided by our insurance contract.
