Travelers Insurance review: Homeowners insurance coverage

Sept. 2025, I noticed a water stain on my bedroom ceiling. After several rainstorms, there was another water stain. I filed a claim, and Travelers sent out an adjuster, who deployed a drone to take pictures of the roof, which is 15 yrs old. She found one lifted shingle (and not in the area of the leak). Travelers will not pay to have the roof repaired or replaced, because it's not "storm damage". They would only pay to repair the ceiling damage in the bedroom. Meanwhile, I now have a bucket on my bureau to catch the water that's leaking every time it rains. Roofer blames the attic insulation installer (done in Oct 2021 through Mass Save), who says it's the roofer's fault! Meanwhile, I am having to pay out-of-pocket (over 20K) to have the roof replaced! I'm a 78-yr old widow, and this has become a nightmare!
