Travelers Insurance review: Customer service

My car was totaled by someone insured by Travelers who was texting and driving. You guys have made this process so much harder than it should be, I am without a car now. My mother is handling the claim since she was the main reporter, and she was told to "[censored] off [censored]" today by one of your employee's named Tanesha. This is not okay, and I expect someone to call me back about this. You should know that this is someone who is working under you and is making your company look terrible and unprofessional.
