I spoke with 3 different agents on 10/8/2025 @ 9:30 am due to a work comp claim back in 2023. I got paperwork in the mail yesterday dated 9/30/2025 asking me to sign something I did not understand. The 1st agent Austin was rude, he transferred me to NINA which she was nice, but she Transferred me to Micheal R Wilson who is the claims agent, he was also rude and self-absorbed. They need to be reeducated on Customer service etiquette and bed side manors or hire compassionate people. I am not signing something that I do not understand and or agree with just so this company can hurry up and sweep this matter under the rug.
