My experiences are in the same ballpark as other one-star reviews. I have just recently learned that this is not a "timeshare". I paid the membership in full and asked about getting a deed and that is when I found out this is not a timeshare. I am still paying maintenance but own nothing. I can't get out of this without spending thousands more than what I have already spent. I feel there are politicians who can look into this flea bag set up since there are so many people who are thoroughly disgusted with this scam.
Recommendation: Unless you want a life sentence, stay away!

we hold our membership for over years now due to personal reason. but making reservations was so difficult before and the sales agent mislead us having said that there will a theme park hotels and water parks slide plans near the campgrounds after 15 years Gettysburg was still the same. we are trying to sale the membership but they told us to pay a year dues and present year then stays member until we sale the membership. anyone who encounter this problem. please share your ideas. we want to sale 6000$ membership for less.
