Transamerica Retirement Solutions review: Savings plan account (401k)
Sometime last week (08/24/2026 to be precise) I called in to request a withdrawal from my retirement plan Account and paid overnight delivery charge because of the urgency of what I needed the money for; it's been almost 2 weeks now and i still haven't received the cheque. I called transamerica customer care on Monday 31st to report this and the operator said she couldn't help me and the accounts department that can, wasn't open yet so I should call back.
Fedex is the courier service used; What exactly is going on? why are my being ridiculed for asking for my own money?
PLEASE PAY ME MY MONEY NOW!
Desired outcome: To be paid immediately! I would appreciate a response.
