Great storefront until it comes to internal communications and disaster management. Customer support is non-existent - pretty sure they outsourced it to the cheapest AI or severely underpaid Asians. They can hold an order for months without properly contacting the customer or offering proper alternatives. There's no way to reach them if something is out of stock or if an order gets lost on its way to the customer - they just spam you with templates instead of providing coherent answers
Recommendation: If any item in your order has a "product with a delay" - remove it from the order asap
