Tractor Supply hides behind a wall of filters to keep customers from identifying and making them aware of multiple problems. It's been months since I could actually place an order online, I had to call customer service who would then place the order leaving my online order in my cart. Then on my next order attempt that didn't work and I had to call customer service, I would have the first failed order parts and now a second pair. Customer service can't see my order so I have to go through the whole process again. Even when you give them the name listed online, it still takes them some time. Customer service confirmed that online orders are a disaster but there is no public statement of that fact. I moved around a year ago and it took 4 calls to customer service to get my address changed. It constantly changed back to my old address. I finally got the right address in but now it overrides my preferred closest store with the store that is closest to my old address. Now if I forget to change the store and do a "pick up" order online (which will likely not work) it will go to a store 45 miles from where I live. It's unfortunate they are so incompetent, they do have good products and are very convenient. I can do business with a company that encourages feedback to improve. I can't do business with a company that hides behind filters to keep people from providing feedback.
Recommendation: There are better companies that actually can take an online order, remember your preferred store, actually let you change your address, and provide an email contact for problems. The fact that customer service can't see online orders that are in process is ridiculous.
