Its been more than 12 days that my parcel has not been delivered. I have been trying to contact the services but they are not picking the call. I can see the details that from past 3 days the package is at Sampada branch, Mumbai. Whats taking them so long if the package has to be delivered in mumbai itself ? The contacted people are Pranjal Kanere, Swapnil Dalvi, Atul Sharma. Kindly look into this n improve your service.
