Minus (-5) start services, customer care is very very poor, either they pick call and then don't respond or they don't even pick the calls.
The delay of courier can be for 1 week. Their tracking part in their websites also don't work properly and the helpline number is also work same.

Don't use Trackon until you want your item to be damaged, theft, of missing.

Recommendation: Never ever use Trackon. Not even by mistake
