The TR Construction team went out of their way to ensure our peace of mind by replacing tired timbers, laying down mixed roofing materials with experience, knowledge and care, neatly painting, and completing the final touches and site clean-up. We appreciated the excellent co-ordination and follow-up. All their team members were a pleasure to work with. We can highly recommend this company.

I have worked with TR Construction on several major projects- I find that the workers are very clean and very friendly- they communicated with me on what was going on with the project. At the end of the working day- the cleaning up with wonderful, The workers didn't leave any debris around the area. I would call on TR Construction for any project at my house or in the HOA which I live. Excellent job TR Construction!

If anyone is looking for contractor I highly recommend TR Construction. Their staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their quote was competitive with other companies. They completed the work in a timely manner, picked up the old skylights and I paid over the phone. I'll contact them in the future when I need their services. I'm also a Realtor, so I will be recommending them to my clients.

Great service, every single step was done on time and quite organized. The staff was professional and considerate. They even helped me to make a decision to get rid of the quite old wood decoration around the front roof of the house which was done diligently and they even painted the places where the wood was removed. Over the years TR Construction has done exceptional work for me from reroofing my patio, shoring up the posts on my patio, reroofing the entire house, installing French doors to restoration of the master bath and garage after a recent flooding in my home. Tony and his crew are trustworthy, dedicated, hardworking people who have done amazing repairs/construction to my home. They're always there when I need them and I'm glad to have this great working relationship.

This is my second time using TR Construction for roofing and I even recommended them to my elderly parents. John Sr. and Mark were an awesome team. They arrived on time and explained to me the whole process. Mark even showed me before and after photos of the project. They worked with my budget from the beginning and didn't try to force a new roof (unlike other companies) which was out of my budget at this time. The roof tune-up service I received will last me a few years and allows me to save up for the bigger roof project. Thanks TR!

I highly recommend TR Construction. It can be really intimidating to find a contractor you can trust for your construction needs. But this company is very professional and affordable. You can trust every one of the team. They explain every detail of the project before and during the whole project. I have had 5 separate contracts with this company and they have never gone over the estimate I was given for each project. The owner and his crew are very organized and professionals including the admin staff and every worker on his team. You can trust this company with all your construction needs.

My new roof is beautiful! After being such a big help with roof repairs over the years, we decided to use TR Construction when it was time to get a new roof. Every step of the way, from original quote to final cleanup, the people we saw and talked to, and especially the people working on our house, were professional, polite, honest, hardworking, and extremely well qualified to do the job at hand. Many times going over and above what I expected. The work done on our new roof, in addition to some smaller jobs around the house, was more than I ever expected. I 1000% recommend this company. So glad I called TR Construction to repair my roof leak. When I met the Project Manager/Estimator, I immediately felt that he knew what he was doing. He provided a written clear explanation of what they were going to do. Then the crew that fixed the leak was excellent, very neat and cleaned up every bit of roof tiles, dust, etc. before they left. I was so pleased, I even had TR Construction come back out to fix five other areas of concern I thought might be prone to leaking somewhere down the road. That will save me time and money in the future. I would highly recommend TR Construction to anyone that needs any type of roofing repairs. Located in Scripps Ranch.

It was intimidating to face having our entire roof "reset", but the folks at TR were fantastic in making it a easy journey! The project manager did a great job in assessing our job and answered all our calls promptly and courteously, and answered our questions with detailed expert answers. In the office, the receptionist, secretary, and administrative assistant were always available to promptly address any issues that came up. Finally, the foreman and his crew of roofers were a pleasure to work with! The foreman was always cheerful, professional, and accommodating! He and his crew did a great job in correcting all the problems in our roof and restoring it to "as new" condition after 25+ years of wear and tear. Now that their work is done, we actually miss them and hope we'll see them on our next job! We are so happy and relieved to have picked TR Construction to restore our roof and look forward to having them address our future needs!

I am so impressed by TR construction's work! Their price is very competitive with 3 year warranty. Since the roof leak was under the solar panel, it took me over a month negotiated the solar company to schedule the solar panel removal. TR has been waiting so patiently for the result and adjusted the price once solar company agreed to remove the panel. Once I gave the panel removal date to TR, they schedule the repair just the day after, not wasting a single day! When the crew came (actually even a bit earlier than scheduled time), Mike was so professional, carefully examined the exact location of the leaks in the house and its associated roof location, replaced many many broken tiles and even left us a couple of spare ones for future use, and finished the job beautifully in just one day. Mike took a lot of pictures/videos of the roof leak with convincing evidence that the leak was caused by the solar panel installation. That will give us the chance to get reimbursed (if possible) for the damage done by solar company, could save us thousands of dollars. I could not be happier. I would love to recommend TR construction to anyone who wants roof work without any hesitation.

We are thrilled with how our remodel project went with TR Construction from start to finish. We were extremely pleased with the entire process from our first meeting with Tony to give him our vision for our project, which included a new roof, painting and electrical upgrades inside & out, and a new front porch. We had excellent communication with the entire office staff, and with the highly qualified and skilled workers that arrived daily with a smile on their faces, ready to do their jobs in a 5-star way. We appreciate all the wonderful staff members including office workers Linda, Teresa, Diane, Diana & Mike who kept us up to speed and made everything seamless; our on-site supervisor and skilled carpenter Cramer, who kept everything on schedule; multi-talented Steve who helped in many facets; the excellent painting crew led by Flavio, Martin and Mora; the outstanding roofing crew led by Sal; the electricians led by Ismael and Cesar; the plumbing work led by Sal; the irrigation and framing led by Memo & Jose; the clean-up crew led by Angel, and the daily schedule updates and frequent treats delivered by Joshua. Everyone who passed by our home during this process complimented the work of TR's crews. We highly recommend TR Construction and we are so glad we chose them to guide us through our home remodel.

Let's just say we are disappointed in this companies work. We have a detached garage with 2 skylights.( Flat roof) It was explained right from the start about the pooling of water by the skylights. They assured us it would be taken care of. The roofers didn't even bother to replace any of the plywood and never addressed the pooling of water which is what was discussed initially. They actually told my husband that the plywood was good. No need to replace. Too bad we can't share photos of the first roof job. Nothing but patch work pieces of the granulated torch down, footprints of black tar, pink areas not exactly sure what that was. And after the heavy rain we had in September it left a lake of water on the new roof! Seems we got scraps from other jobs! It was surprising to hear Mike Hernandez, the project manager say "it looks good!" My husband and I certainly didn't agree with the outcome of the roof. The owner was called out to look at it and offered to reroof it again. More plywood and 2x6's would be needed so an additional expense of $2,000. Upon arriving for the second reroof they actually hit the side of our garage with their debris truck and scraped the side of our garage from all the plywood. Today it has rained again and another pool of water on the garage roof. So they still didn't fix the problem after 2k worth of additional expense and they are in the business of doing construction. We would never recommend this company! Surprising to see all the positive reviews. We certainly had a very unpleasant experience.
