Super happy about our experience with Bison Builders. Tye checked in often and walked us through the insurance claim process. Everything from materials, dumpster, and permit were scheduled like clockwork. The crew that removed, re-decked, and replaced the shingles on our house and shop were awesome! Everything done in one day and the clean-up was amazing. We highly recommend the work this group did.

Working with Bison Builders was awesome! We specifically worked with Anthony and he was great. Very helpful with going through the insurance process for hail damage. Turnaround time from claim to install was quick and done right. Install crew was professional, quick, and cleaned up perfect after the install. Will definitely be recommending them to neighbors and friends for anything. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise Bison Builders enough especially my field representative Charlie N. They made working with my insurance company for my new roof on my house and garage and breeze and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I also really appreciate how the roofing crew on site took extra caution in protecting my gardens from demo material and they left my yard and surrounding area spotless!

Jake did a great job helping us to communicate with the insurance claims. This is a hard time to get cedar roof given the wood market. He managed to get things ready. The roof crews are also very professional. They worked diligently to complete the project in 4 days. We have a big and steep roof top, the project wasn't easy. Anyway, I enjoyed working with Bison Builders and would definitely work with them again for further needs.

Phil and his team at Bison Builders were great to work with after we had some hail damage. They answered questions we had, and helped us with the insurance process. After a couple of scheduling conflicts for the roof replacement, they were able to complete the project in one day, with a short follow up visit a few weeks later to install one final piece, due to an incorrect part being ordered and a part shortage. Thanks for making our roof as good as new!

We hired Bison Builders to replace our asphalt shingles following hail damage. The entire process was very seamless and the quality is excellent! Phil was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The crew was in and out in a single day and they took great care to protect our deck and plants, etc. Phil worked directly with our insurance company saving us tons of time in that regard. Would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof!

We would like to Thank Phil Thompson for all the help in getting our house reroofed. Phil came to our home and told us about the neighbors that were having their houses reroofed due to hail damage. In june we had a hail storm. Anthony inspected my roof and found damage from the storm. Anthony called my insurance and got everything started. From there he was very responsive to any and all questions I had. He made the claim process from his end as smooth as it could have been. His team did a remarkable job on my roof. I would highly recommend Bison Builders to anyone including family and friends. Their team covered up everything on the deck and were very considerate of leaving with my property cleaned up of all nails and debris.

My insurance company wanted to replace only some minor portions of my shingles/roof, due to hail damage, even though they agreed there was damage to the other shingles (just not enough damage). But Casey went to bat and hit a home run. Casey understood how the insurance process worked, which, in the end, ensured my full roof had new shingles and required repairs. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time, without pressure or other sketchy sales tactics often seen. The crew was on time to start/finish the job. Casey was on site throughout the day to ensure things were on track. I have recommended to family and friends. Thanks for being a top-notch local company to rely on.

I had the pleasure of working with this company this fall. First things first is their punctuality by far one of the best I have come across. The professionalism shown to me with all of my questions through the insurance process was superb. Lastly the satisfaction I have with them knowing my home is in good hands and will not be just a run of the mill contractor job. That is one of the things I worried about when I had 4 different people knock on my door... they took the time to show me what was wrong and how it can be fixed. Bison Builders, Inc. was a top-notch company to work with for our roof & gutter replacement. We have since recommended them to many others & will continue to do so. We worked specifically with Casey, who was very professional, honest, and responsive from start to finish. He made an often stressful process, smooth & seamless. The labor crew worked unbelievably hard & put in long hours to complete the project as quickly as possible. We even have a particularly steep roof with several peaks, requiring great skill & precision. We previously had closed valleys on our roof. Bison installed open valleys without asking our preference. This is a very different style and not what we are used to... The roofing team had no idea how to install a skylight... after they ordered the wrong size and we had to wait for them to bring the correct size. It took several attempts and hours for them to get it right. There were manufacture flaws and damaged shingles on our roof when the roofers left that we requested be fixed and which were. For that I will give them credit. Then, the business owner charged us more for our roof than we were quoted and PROMISED initially from their sales rep. When confronted the owner told me he wouldn't charge me for the second dumpster (we only had ONE dumpster on-site) so for him to ‘give' us the second seems like a no brainer.

With all the options out there we chose to use a local construction company that we could trust and our recent roofing experience with Bison Builders was top notch. Their Senior field representative Phil Tyler was very helpful and dedicated to work around our extremely busy schedule. Phil was honest, on time, very professional and considerate to our situation. Phil worked directly with our insurance company to help get their most accurate inspection. Afterwards, we were presented with all of our high quality options as well as answers to our questions with the process. The reconstruction of our roof was fast and efficient with the sizable crew and equipment they used and in the end we were left with a quality product, extremely clean jobsite and no issues following up. We will highly recommend Bison Builders to anyone who will be asking about our beautiful new roof.

Here's what I posted in Facebook and Nextdoor I need help making recommendation in Better business and Google. Would you send me an “how to?" Weather damage to our roof. Dang that means a hassle. Here's our experience. Enter Bison Builders in Maple Grove and Buffalo. Negotiate with insurance company. Fast forward to deal done. Day 1.: 7:00 am. A ninja team of 6 young men arrive. Setting busy removing the old shingles. They all work continuously and hard 9:00 pm. There's a new roof on the house! And hardly a leaf on any plant surrounding the house has been disturbed. Day 2: 8:00 am. The ninjas return to put new roofs on 3 out buildings 4:00 pm All the out buildings have new roofs and everything is cleaned up Day 3 The field reps John and Mary Knopp return to take photos of the work and to make sure everything is cleaned up even going around with a magnetic tool to check for nails. Highly recommend Bison Builders in Buffalo/Maple Grove any time you need/want a new roof!
