Super Travel

I stayed at a hotel in an undisclosed location on May 23rd, 2023 for a reservation I had made through SuperTravel.com. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was unable to find my reservation, so I had to pay for the room directly and lost the discount I had received through Super Travel. The manager assured me that I could contact Super Travel for a refund, which should be a straightforward process. On June 1, 2023, I reached out to Super Travel, providing them with my receipts and explaining the situation. They responded promptly via email on the same day, stating that I would receive a refund within 72 hours. However, it has now been two weeks, and I have not received any further communication. Whenever I call, I am told to wait. I have sent follow-up emails on the dates 6/5, 6/7, 6/12, and now 6/15, but I have not received any responses. I am frustrated by the lack of updates regarding my refund. I not only want the $130.22 for the room I couldn't use, but I also expect to be reimbursed for the difference in price since I had to pay a higher amount without the discount. Ideally, I would like a total refund of $144.89, but at the very least, I expect $130.22. I almost feel like I should be compensated for the inconvenience caused by their lack of response or updates.
