Touch of Modern Disappointed with Touch of Modern's delivery and customer service experience

So, I went online to check out Touch of Modern's newest collections and ended up purchasing a pair of shoes early in January. Like many of us, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my purchase, looking forward to wearing my new kicks. Unfortunately, it's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't received my order.

I contacted the customer service line and was informed that there was a labeling issue that caused a delay in the delivery process. I was pretty disappointed to hear this news but tried to remain patient and wait for updates. It's been over a week now and there's still no proof of my package being sent out. The tracking number I received doesn't indicate any updates, apart from mentioning that the package was delivered on February 2nd.

The team at Touch of Modern has assured me that once the package is handed over to Canada Post, the tracking information will be updated. However, I'm not quite sure what to expect at this point. To add insult to injury, Touch of Modern had the audacity to offer me a mere $15 discount for the total $30 delivery cost. To be honest, I'm not too thrilled about the offer considering the cost of the shoes and the overall level of frustration I'm experiencing.

At this stage, I’m not sure if I even care if the package arrives or not. I’m disappointed with the experience I’ve had so far with Touch of Modern and don't trust them enough to make another purchase anytime soon. In fact, I’ve already deleted the app. It’s a shame, really. I was looking forward to a better shopping experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite.

Touch of Modern Touch of Modern: My Experience with Their Unique Business Model

When I stumbled upon Touch of Modern's website, I was excited to find a flash offer on a few watches that I've had my eye on. Without doing further research on the company, I proceeded with my purchase. However, I soon realized that this company operates differently than others I've dealt with in the past. They don't have any physical inventory in stock, so they take your money and provide a shipping date that could be weeks out. I became skeptical of whether the watches they were selling were authentic, and I worried even further when I tried to cancel my order before it shipped, but didn't receive a response.

After doing some research, I found that other watch sites offer the option to cancel orders before the item ships and don't charge your credit card until the order has shipped. I regret not doing my research sooner before making my purchase.

Thankfully, Touch of Modern's customer service team is responsive via email. After reaching out to them about canceling my order, I received a response from a supervisor who promptly refunded my money. However, I couldn't help but feel hesitant about dealing with a company that operates in such a way. In my opinion, a company should stand behind its products and have a clear return policy, as well as transparent information on their website about their business practices.

Overall, while I appreciate the prompt response from their customer service team, I personally will be hesitant to make another purchase from Touch of Modern.

non communitive. Unable to resolve my issue. Not an honorable company . Upon drilling down deeper i find out that although they took my money for a bottle of Blanton's, they are unable to deliver to my state of TX. Had I known that, I would not have ordered the item.

now, no one will call or respond.

Shipping has always been the problem here. there is always a high probability that you will not get the product you ordered and will not get a refund. Customer service is limited at best. Stay far away unless you want to take the risk.

Touch of Modern Product not delivered and card charged

Touch of Modern claims that there was fraudulent alert on my account.
But they charged me $15 at my credit card.
It took me almost 2 weeks of waiting for my order and now they closed my account and charged me $15. They wasted my time. I thought this is a decent company but NOT. They further said that they voided my credits.
I will never deal with this fraudulent company again.

Never deal with Touch of Modern. They don't give you clear and valid explanation and just rip you off!

Touch of Modern Too rude and unprofessional staff.

The company Touch of Modern sells not very good-quality stuff and didn’t react properly to questions and emails. I have asked to tell me more about one item, but the online agent reacted very strangely and I got very unsatisfactory and rude I would say response. It was already unpleasant to deal with them, but I haven’t bought from them. I only needed more details. It was the last time, when I tried to speak with this staff.

Original Purchase Date of 6 August 2023.

No real updates from Andrew of TOM, other than "should have received by 27 August" which has NOT Occurred.

Where is my purchase or where is my Refund of $64.

Please advise ASAP !

The item mentioned about hasn’t been delivered. Touch of modern states or was mailed but dot have a tracking number. Their Shipped platform indicates it hasn’t been mailed or processed. I have not received the item. Not sure what’s going on but Touch of Modern can’t give me an answer and I have paid in full for the item.
