TotalAV review: Totalav refund issue

I cannot believe how terrible their customer service is. Suprisingly I am charged for $200 CAD for the new year renewal term. I contacted to their customer service for full refund as I asked for cancellation and their repond to me was ridiculus. I have been waiting for 22 days to get the full refund and guess what, they only refunded half of it. I am so tired of e-mailing back and forth with them and this company is totally unreliable. Please stay away from this company. Everytime I asked for the second half of my refund, they automatically send exact same wording and saying "your refund will be appeared on your account in 48 hours". IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS!

I am trying to remove my credit card information from their system and it is not even deleting. I called my bank to dispute this charge and block TotalAV from all charging. Their service is terrible. I will never ever never buy anything from TotalAV anymore. I will tell my company and all my friends to stay away from this scam. They never help you out unless your auto renewal is in place. They always answer your questions and taking care the customers inquires when you make a payment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL USE ALL MY LEGAL ACTION TO GET MY REFUND AND I ALREADY INFORMED TOTALAV REGARDING THIS.

AGAIN, DO NOT USE TOTALAV.
