Simplestar updater, and optimizer
I paid for both and never got the code key for the updater, and the Key code for the Optimizer did not work. You can see I made the purchase, and I am being refused a refund. when I have never used this product and, it has been a horrible experience. here are all details of my proof of purchase. When ordering this product there was an option to have a refund if I was not satisfied.
I wish to take this offer and have my money returned but cannot find find the method to do this.
