You can find almost anything you need here, from electronics to home goods to pet supplies. I even got myself a mug warming plate from here and let me tell you, it works like a charm! And the best part? The price was way cheaper than any other site I checked out.

Shipping was super fast and easy too, even though I accidentally put in the wrong address at first. But the customer service team was super friendly and fixed my mistake with no problem at all. I have to tell you folks, I started using Top Online Bargains a while ago and at first I was impressed. I mean, who wouldn't be with those super low prices? But boy, let me tell you what, the thrill sure doesn't last long. I made an order of two items and they guaranteed that they would get to me in a jiffy but guess what? Here's the cherry on top - they sent me a tracking link that tells me the items are all the way in Ireland! I'm not even kidding. I'm in the US of A and I'm pretty sure I didn't order anything that would require me to go through customs. I don't even know what to do with this tracking link, since it's not even close to the right address. Or maybe it's just me who doesn't know enough about shipping. Who knows?

Well, long story short, even though the items looked sleek and polished on the website, I don't think that's going to matter anymore since chances are I won't be seeing them for a long long time. Oh well, I can always find better deals somewhere else, right?

And all this time, my money's just been sitting in their account doing nothing. I don't know what's going on over there, but it's not good. It's been almost three weeks since I put in my order and I haven't heard anything useful back. It's not the end of the world, I guess, but it's not the kind of service I was hoping for.

My experience with TopOnLineBargains has been less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, they have been charging my credit card a fee of $4.95 every single month, without my permission. Upon realizing this, I immediately called their customer service team and requested for the charge to be terminated. They gave me assurances that they will make sure it won't happen again and the charge will be waived.

However, the following month came and to my dismay, the same $4.95 fee was charged in my account again. I was frustrated and disappointed, so I called in again to voice out my concern. The first thing I encountered was a voicemail system asking for my last name. I gave it, but it replied with the message that there was no account associated with that particular name. I tried giving my first name next, but it gave me the same response as before. It was strange and confusing since I have been charged by them monthly but couldn't even locate my account.

The worst part is, I still keep on getting charged that unwanted monthly fee of $4.95. I never ordered it, and I definitely don't have a receipt for it. It just keeps coming every month like clockwork, without explanation nor permission. If this isn't a case of fraud, then I don't know what is! I am writing this review as a warning for potential customers to be wary when dealing with TopOnLineBargains. I hope that their management would rectify this issue soon, so other people won't fall into the same trap as I did.

I recently purchased a heated vest from Top Online Bargains on December 17th for my husband. Unfortunately, we did not receive our order until December 28th, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, the cost of the vest was taken out of our account on December 19th! When the package finally arrived, we discovered that it was only a padded envelope and did not include a power unit. This rendered the heated vest useless without this essential item.

Furthermore, we ordered an XXL but received a vest that was far too small - it would only fit our grandson who is 11 years old. The zipper was also on the left side which is not what we were expecting at all. It seems that the company is filling orders with old and unusable items that should have probably been thrown away a long time ago.

To add insult to injury, there was no return address or contact information provided with the package. I highly advise against ordering from this company as it seems like a shady organization run by some gypsy outfit in New Jersey, possibly even operating out of someone's basement. Unfortunately, we are now $70 out of pocket due to this terrible experience.

In fact, I hope that whoever is running this company ends up getting their hands on some bad drugs with my hard-earned money. It's just not worth taking the risk of dealing with this company when there are plenty of other reliable options out there. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Top Online Bargains at all costs.

Yo, so I wanna talk to ya about this site I checked out called Top Online Bargains (toponlinebargains.com). So, I ordered this heated vest for $69.99 US and I gotta say, the description seemed pretty solid to me. But then, it took like a month and a half to get here which, like, whatever, but the envelope it came in looked like it went through a rough patch on the way over.

Anyway, lemme get to the real deets. So this heated vest needs a power source, but yo, there ain't no power source included! And the instructions say that right on the top, like come on, man. So apparently you gotta find a power unit and plug it into the usb in the right pocket, but there ain't no guidance on how to get or what kind of power unit to use. Like, common sense would say that the company should include that kind of info, am I right?

So then, I ordered the 4xl size based off their sizing chart, but dang y'all, it was way too small! I couldn't even zip it up cuz it was like 2 inches short. Plus, the shape was like a box or something, not flattering at all. Oh, and there ain't no contact info on the vest itself, but it says it was made in China.

All in all, I do not recommend getting this vest. It was a total waste of almost $70, so save yourself the trouble and find a better deal elsewhere.
