Despite waiting for a whopping 10 days, I still hadn't received it, so I decided to follow up with their customer service team. They had a WhatsApp number listed, so I figured that would be a good way to get in touch. After giving them all the relevant details of my order, I never heard back from them at all. I even followed up multiple times, but it was like a never-ending cycle. No response, ever. It's a real shame, too - I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I don't think I could recommend them to anyone after this experience.
