Ironhorse at Tramonto

I been renting at Ironhorse for almost 2 years. I live in a 1 bedroom with my baby who is 9 months old. Almost since the beginning of my lease, cigarette/marijuana smoke from other apartments comes into my apartment and it's unbearable for me and my daughter to even be in the house. This has been happening on average a couple of times a week. I have complained several times to the office and they do nothing. *** in the front office and also *** is who I have complained this issue to and they just make excuses. I am very concerned of the detrimental health issues this is causing me and my little girl. I am trying to get out of my lease but they are telling me I need to pay $3000 to do so. I just want to be in a healthy safe place with my daughter and not worry about breathing secondhand smoke. Please help me get some resolution. Thank you for your time.
