TonyBet review: App bet on games during a glitch and zeroed my balance

Deposited 10 euro to play - allbets BJ. Placed 4 euro bet, it said bet not confirmed, but took the 4, I exited allbets to go to the main app screen and my balance had gone to zero. Checked the game history on all bets (see screenshot) no games after I had deposited, yet when I logged on to the main website it showed two games after that for 4 and 6 euro that I never played. Cue two days of useless bots [censored]e talking then customer complaints via email and they admitted a glitch in their app on the day in question but are refusing to refund saying I played the games.
