I got this polo shirt a few months ago from an authorized tommy store and I really liked it. The fit and comfort was perfect! However, when I hand washed and let it dry with natural wind and not under the heat of the sun, the blue color scattered on the white cloth. See pictures attached. On the collar and on the left and right arm bands. I was really sad when it happened. I just want to reach out to your management so that this can be prevented. I have also a tommy polo shirt with black and white combinations but the colors are intact. I really love tommy and I will continue to wear tommy apparels. Thanks.

Desired outcome: better technology to prevent color scattering on tommy clothing and hopefully a replacement for the same design polo shirt.
