Tommy Chancey Plumbing Company

I called Tommy Chancey Plumbing on Monday 'bout my water pressure droppin' outta nowhere. They said they'd try to come that day, but they didn't. I called 'em again on Tuesday and they said they'd try to come that day, but they didn't. Finally, they came on Wednesday at lunchtime, more than 48 hours after I called 'em. They didn't fix the problem and made it worse. They said the owner had to come and take a look, but they didn't know when that would be. I wouldn't recommend 'em. They're not on time and made my problem worse!

I called these guys after my warranty expired by a week for a leaky faucet. I talked to the boss and he said someone would come out on Wednesday 1/20 around 8:30. But nobody showed up, so I called and talked to Brittany. She said she didn't see me on the schedule. Finally, a tech came to my house, but he didn't have boot covers on his boots. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't have any and it wasn't necessary. I told him to take his boots off. Nobody even called me to let me know if a tech was coming. The tech said it would be $117.00 for the drip, but then he said it's normal for delta faucets to leak. I don't want them back at my house, but I want others to know about this company.

The phone lady was like half asleep or something. I asked for a price on a few things, like putting in a backup sump pump that runs on water, and I said I'd bring it. They said they'd come between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. At about 8:30, they called and said someone was on the way. An hour later, I called and asked if they were still coming. They said they'd get back to me. Ten minutes later, I called again and they said the plumber was on the way but had to stop at the store to buy a sump pump. I mean, come on, I told them I already had one. How would they know what kind or size to get? The lady on the phone wasn't even paying attention. Call them yourself and you'll see what I mean. It's like going to the DMV and getting the "ugh, another customer" attitude. Tommy, remember that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
