Have you tried calling for plumbing services and ended up with a bad experience? This is a customer complaint majority of homeowners in our neighborhood including me experienced after availing the services of a plumbing company in Murray Utah known as All Purpose Plumbing.

It all started when one of my household's drainage clogged. I could let my oldest son fix it but he was out of town, leaving me with no better option than contact the nearest professional plumber. It only cost me a few minutes of browsing the internet to find All Purpose Plumbing and I was deeply enticed on how it assures high-quality plumbing services at a very low cost. I contacted them and everything was doing great until their plumber arrived. He was far from what I expected as he seems to don't know anything about his chosen field. The plumber started by checking the clogged drainage and he decided to dismantle some of its parts without even considering my opinion. My temper was at its peak and it was blown above the limit when he failed to bring my drainage set back into one piece. He claimed it was too much for him to handle and help is on the way. Hours later, he left and promised to come back with more tools and a specialist but I haven't heard a word from their plumbing service until now. The most alarming part is that I already made an initial payment for their crappy and unreliable plumbing service. I filed a customer complaint but they simply ignored me.

My son went back home a few days later and finally fixed the clogged drainage. I was surprised why someone who claims to be as an expert plumber can't even handle the basics which an inexperienced person handled like my son easily carried out with the right tools. I'm not really a meticulous consumer but what the All Purpose Plumbing in Murray Utah did is unforgivable. They should explain the incident and at least compensate me for the damage, hassle, and the initial payment I've sent.
