Total scum, they came to replace a simple leeking supply line shutoff valve on our toilet

Total scum, they came to replace a simple leeking supply line shutoff valve on our toilet. The toilet still is leeking after they put a new valve on. I was at work so my girlfriend dealt with them and they completely took advantage of her. Charged us $400 for the 20 minutes he was here. When she asked why so much, he said he used all brass parts... What a joke!
