Toll Brothers – New home follow up care

We purchased a home in Queen Creek, AZ (Bridle Ranch). On the outside of the home, the wood stone which was installed, was very poorly done. There was much damage to the wood stones that made the stone look horrible. In short, it took a bit over 6 months to finally get Toll Brothers to replace the wood stone. Then as part of the replacement, of the wood stone, the garage door paint was chipped. The assigned Toll Brother's rep stated; 'there is no way for us to know that we are for sure the cause of that happening (the garage door damage). We cannot agree to repaint the entire garage door'. I escalated this issue to the Area VP of Customer support who immediately took care of the issue. It's disappointing that you have to escalate trite items in order to get them resolved. My experience with Toll Brothers is now very mixed, unfortunately.
