I took my car in for alignment and other services on September 9th at 9:00 am. The car was ready at 3:00 pm. While driving home I noticed the the steering wheel was not centered. It was too late tor return to the shop.
I took the car back on Monday Sept 11 at 4:30 pm on my way home from work. They told me it was too late to do anything and made an appointment for Saturday 16 to do another alignment.
I took the car in on the 16 at 10:00 am to get the alignment fixed. It was ready at 2:00 pm and the manager told me the alignment was done correctly.
Today, Sunday Sept 17 as I'm looking over the report they gave me, it states at the bottom " One or more values are not within specification, tire wear, handling, and safety problems may result"
The left rear wheel is highlighted in RED which indicates a problem.
I have now visited store # 453633 three times and still don't have my tires aligned. This is putting me and my family at risk, and is due to a chaotic work environment at this location.
