Tires Plus Total Car Care review: Repairs on my daughter's car

My daughter has had her chev cruz into tires plus total car care at 531 s rangline road, carmel in 46032 4 times and i had to apply for a cc so i could pay for repairs done. Each time i have paid something to them and its still not fixed yet. They said to bring it in which i am over an hour from there where i have her car now because she passed away feb 4th and i'm trying to make sure the car runs right to either drive it myself or sell it. I have called and asked for the corporate number and they say they don't have it there. They just told me to bring it in and the same tech will not get paid to fix it right. Well, i'm not trusting after 4 times it will get fixed right. So now my problem is i'm paying a bill for a car that should not be doing the same thing as it was when she took it there the first time.
