Tire Kingdom review: Tire change @ 3030 S Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426

I needed to 2 new tires so I Went to tire kingdom in Boynton Beach FL on 3030 s congress ave to get 4 new tires put on. While I was there Cesar the manager took my car in and I watched him try to remove and mount the tires right side up on my custom 3-piece rims to which I went to sitting down thinking he knew what he was doing being the store manager, said he would be in 15min I asked Clifton if he knew what he was doing and he said yeah. After he was done, he said he had a bit of trouble mounting the tires but I'm all set. that was 4,28,22. The car barley gets used. I did a quick walk around and notice all 4 rims were scratch from the wheel machine they were small scratches on the inside 2nd lip. on 5,14 took the care back after washing the car and showed Cesar there was an area 1"long x ¼" wide gash that pop the rivets and pulled the SS lip away from the rime and that Black 2nd lip finish had been scraped off by the tire machine and the other tires where all the rims were scratched up where he tried to remove and mouth the tires He lied to my face saying the rims were like that when I brought the car in, then he said he forgot to take a picture or tell me about, After I told him I did a walk around and I have pictures of my rime before the work with no damage. I told him don’t lie to my face I watched you try to mount one of them. He then suggested that I take off all the lips and throw them away since they did not affect the rim. I said they came that way and I am not going to eat your mistake and fix your damage. Then he said just buy the lips and he would put it on. I said no thank you. Ill talk to you again since he was such in a rush to get back in.. I showed the pictures I took before he touched the car he refuse to own the issue. been calling the CS number since 5/16 to6/7 to speak with a GM - scott mitchel left 5 messeage no call back and someone said the they called me and fixed the rim. still no call from the GM
