Tinder review: unauthorized use of photo 48

My account was banned on Tinder for “violating terms and conditions” when i asked what T&Cs i violated i got replies stating they can not answer this. How can an account be banned with no reasoning as i did not violate their T&cs. They did this once before to me in error also. Refusing to give an explanation is so very unprofessional.

my name is Angela Sutton and I logged in using my phone number [protected].I just heard about tinder and thought to give it a try I paid 35.99 for one month and soon as I logged out than back in it said I was banned it took my money and now I'm very upset, I don't understand why I was banned after you took my money 11/08/2023.

I was a loyal, rule abiding paying customer and was banned for no reason. I queried it and I was responded to by a bot multiple times that did not answer my question when asking why I was banned as I am 100% sure that I did not violate any terms of service.

Can't delete tinder account!

Tinder asked me to verify myself. Which I did then banned me for life. I reported a profile as I’ve dated the guy on the profile yet he’s still on there under a different name and false details. He contacted my friend! Why have I been banned and he’s still allowed on? He’s not safe to be in there lying to other women.

I paid for 1 month subscription and even deducted the amount from my account but still im unable to use the benefit

I just paid for a subscription and my account was put under review under less than a day of using it. This is the worst dating app/website I have ever used. 2/24/23

My account says it’s under review and should be back in a few minutes. That was over an hour and a half ago. I haven’t done anything to violate the terms, and I have a paid subscription, so why is it like this? I would like my account to be reactivated so I can continue to use my paid subscription.

Tinder permanently banned me for no reason. They did not provide any justification or reason for the ban and I didn't even have an email letting me know.

I am from India.My issue is that Rs. 330 debited twice from my bank account but I was not given tinder plus subscription.I made payment from my Mastercard debit card.If my Rs. 660 will not be refunded in my bank account.I will complain against tinder in Consumer Forum.

The tinder app is an absolute joke crashes every hour lost nearly all my matches and never refreshes probably when broadening my search. You expect people to pay for this crap 😡 sick of constantly downloading loading and read downloading the app so it doesn't crash though pof was bad but tinder is even worse
