I left Timber Ridge in Jan and sold my house in June
I left Timber Ridge in Jan and sold my house in June. I thought I owed a month of rent, but I could still log in to their online portal to pay rent. I didn't need to pay, but they took $578.56 from my account on July 6. I've been talking to them since then to get my money back. They always make excuses and say they'll pay me in a few weeks, send me a check, call me back, etc. They never answer my calls and I have to call from different numbers to get an answer. They never call me back when they say they will. I don't think they'll pay me back at all.
