The gentleman I worked with was very polite and extremely professional. They also was corona cautious and wore gloves and masks and kept a safe distance when entering my home. My overall experience with the company is a definite 100%I would use them again. And recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you my roof for showing what true hospitality looks like.

The company was great and easy to work with. Mike Sams was FANTASTIC from start to finish. He did an amazing job working with me and with the insurance so that I didn't have to worry about very much at all through the whole process. When Mike says that he's going to work for you and help you through the process then you can trust that he means it and will do the best job possible to help you out.

10/24 The contractor worked very well with my insurance company to get a roof on my house. Daily S., the consultant, kept us informed of everything that was going on from beginning to end. While removing the old roof, they found some damage and made the necessary repairs. The job was finished in one day. Everyone involved was very professional. They cleaned up all the trash and made sure everything was well before leaving. I am extremely pleased with the work and customer service. I highly recommend them. Excellent job!

They came to my door. Get an itemized estimate BEFORE you call your insurance. I asked for the invoice before the installation, to see what my roof would cost. No receipt or estimate. "Yes, Sir, yes sir, we'll get it to you!" 2 months later after installation they gave me my invoice. The cost seemed like it was made up. I ended up with an extra $1800 bill, after paying over $4200, not including insurance pay out. I did call to resolve my issue with them, but they never tried to resolve the issue. Check your property for loose roofing nails. Many were left on the ground and driveway.

Even giving one star is too generous! I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting involved with this business. Without disclosing that I was signing and official contract to hire them the point man Brandon Jo simply described it as signing for the initial inspection. They are an unethical group of men who will only quote you if you provide the adjusters estimate first. i have proof of text messages trying to get an estimate and they consistently stated they "couldn't provide a quote unless first given the adjusters paperwork that clearly states a price. They are also unethical because when stated that we were looking at other roofing companies they NEVER disclosed we were under contract until we decided to go with another company. i would highly recommend to avoid this place unless they've tricked you into signing a contract. I think they're a company that takes advantage of women. every other roofing company waited for my husband to be home before bringing any contracts or official information. Needless to say, they're NOT trustworthy and VERY sketchy when it comes to giving an estimate and full disclosure of information!

My Roof provides outstanding customer service from the initial contact to the completion of the construction project! I recently requested a consultation to inspect and assess my roof and privacy fence for damage from recent severe storms. Sales consultant/solution specialists Ryan P., and Peter Y., did a very thorough inspection of my roof, fence, windows, and screens. Then, they sat down with me and presented their inspection results. A very thorough explanation of the construction contract was explained, and I was given numerous opportunities to ask questions. During the initial consultation, the Solution Specialists took the time to contact my insurance provider to initiate the claim process. Ryan contacted me throughout the claim process to keep me in informed of how the claim was progressing. My new roof was installed yesterday, and the entire crew was very professional. The crew chief was on site all day and answered all my questions. I was extremely impressed that both the sales consultants came to my home to check on the progress of the roofing installation. My husband and I could not be happier with our new roof. The shingles are a black color. Our previous shingles were brown, and Ryan indicated that a black roof would totally transform the look of our home. While I was initially skeptical about a black roof, both my husband and I agree the black roof is stunning in appearance. We are so grateful we trusted Ryan's eye for design. In the last three years, I have had to replace my flooring throughout my home and heating/air conditioning units. My Roof's customer service is stellar compared to the other repair providers we have had in our home. If you are needing a new roof or fence, please do not hesitate to contact this company. Initial inspection is free, don't wait! You will not be disappointed!
