The accountability, and pipeline of deals is much better than I anticipated

Im only a few months into my first deal with FNRP so for now I am cautiously optimistic. Im hoping to change my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating after a few quarters have gone by. So far they have been great to deal with. Every deal is thoroughly explained and they are always available to answer any questions. After seeing how this deal performs, I hope to be involved in many more.

I'm newer in the past few months. I'm hoping to not get financially deceived like Bernie Madoff. So far so good. My first dividend payout for one of the properties was lower than expected per their words...hopefully that changes in future payouts. We'll see if the two investments I made come through as planned and sold in the end. That will be the ultimate review. They do call a lot...which is good and bad. It's good that they are making you aware. But, they call a lot once you are in their system.

Ive invested in almost 50 syndications, FNRP being one of them. Over the years Ive been with them I only have good things to say. Everything is world-class from their customer service, acquisitions model, and value-add capabilities with national tenants from their in-house leasing team. If youre like me, you dont want to worry about inflation or poor-performing asset classes. Thats why I invested with FNRP. Its been nothing but passive income and great returns. Theyre truly one of the most dominant CRE private equity firms right now.

Saw the other guys comment so I figured I should share my experience. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I've been an investor with First National Realty Partners for over 3 years and am a partner on 5 different grocery deals. I'm a former grocery store operator and the reason I went with First National Realty Partners is because of their deal flow. They source excellent-quality grocery deals - mostly grocery-store deals - in the real estate market. I'm currently receiving distributions on 5 partnerships - yielding around 7-8% on my capital. Not bad considering the value they're adding to the shopping centers. Not a week goes by that I don't have an email or two with updates on the leases they're signing. In the grocery store business, that's your money-maker and they're not only active but communicate very well about what they're doing. Highly recommended.

They would not stop sending me text messages from different phone numbers despite many times asking to be removed from their list. I think this business is a scam.
