Aug. 18/2023 I was inside the Ocre Park Redwater Ab. store having coffee around 9 a.m. with my friend and her 12yr. old. I am a 62 yr. old female. A female and her dog (mid-40s) walked in the door screaming profanities, mentioned my truck and how I did not park between the lines outside, I got out of my chair turned around , this woman continued screaming obscenities at me came right up to me -in my face and pushed me with both her arms and as I was falling grabbed onto a table. My friend called the police, the staff did nothing, the management didn't even appear. No one in that store came to check on me or call for help or actually help me or take my name or anything.. I contacted the owner after I spoke with R.C.M.P. , The owner claimed she knew nothing about the incident, told me dogs were not allowed in the store.. continued to tell me dogs are not allowed in the store. I was assaulted and her concern was the dog in the store..I will never step back in that store or the drive through and I will be sharing my story with everyone I know. Seniors are the ones there in the morning so I will be telling them it is unsafe to be there.

Desired outcome: Incident reports by staff, support for customers, better attitude by owner
