Tiffany & Co. Repair of sometset mesh ring snd earrings .

In 1997 of 299$ I purchased a sterling silver Somerset ring snd earrings. I love these items, I took both to Tiffany & co. In manhasset, ny to be fixed. The ring had a link that had bent and a post broke off one of the earrings. What I received back were not my items but cheaper versions, the links are a different shape in both the ring snd earrings, the weight of them both is much lighter snd the ring is a dmsller size. The earrings weight less, I can tell by the pull on my earlobes. I wore these items every day snd know intimately how they felt when I wore them. I was told they smoothed out the ring per my instructions, when I asked them to fix the link. Also the ring is a smaller size than what I brought in to them. They said it shrunk when they tighten up the links, a bold lie, they would have to dismantle the ring to do that. And the weight of both items is significantly less. Ripped off! I want my original items back. They settled by returning the fee to fix the items. Nd offered me an item at the retail cost of my original items but I’m heartbroken over not getting my original pieces back. Even the tag inside the ring is different. I’m not satisfied simply heartbroken over losing my original pieces. The quality of what I received back is junk. The bottom photo is what I brought in to be repaired.

Desired outcome: I want my vintage, sterling pieces back! I don’t care how but I want back the same quality of what I gave them,

I returned two necklaces for different problems! These. Chains are so thin they look like they came out of crackers! It's cost me the price of the necklace to repair …. I would like a exchange to pay more for a thicker chain. These were bought to remember my daughters friend who died in Greece paragliding! It's was on the news …. The quality is shocking … I've been charged £150 to repair

Tiffany & Co. Item No [protected] inch double heart pendant

as a single parent I have saved to buy my daughter for her 21st Birthday on the 09/09/2021. My daughter wanted a Tiffany necklace .

I ordered item No 3020417/ SS-BL-MN-RTT-2HRT-PDT-18 costing £210:00 ON LINE ON THE 31/08/2021 .

To my horror after only wearing her necklace for less than 10 days the pendants have tarnished and look rusty . The necklace is not wearable .

I cannot believe that this has happened and definitely not when it has cost £210.
My daughter is so upset and would like to have it replaced

Tiffany & Co. Sunglasses

I purchased a pair of Tiffany Sunglasses earlier this year from House of Fraser department store in Bristol.
After just a few wears the arms started becoming loose and the glasses fallen off my face.
I returned to House of Fraser to complain and they advised it was due to me wearing the sunglasses on my head and they could only tighten them for me and sell me a screwdriver pack.
Over time the sunglasses have just become worse and worse and looser and looser.
I spent a lot of money on these sunglasses and am very disappointed.
Unfortunately I no longer have the receipt but can show proof of purchase from my bank statement.

Please can you help?

Tiffany & Co. Sunglasses

I purchased a pair of Sunglasses in August 2020.
Today the sunglasses broke at the join of the nose bridge.
I telephoned Tiffany and Co and was appalled at the way I was treated by two of the team who spoke to me as if I were a child or had impaired cognitive function, the same information was repeated 6 times and I did not feel I was being listened too.
I have contacted Citerzans advice who have informed me that as I did not receive any paperwork with my purchase then it is down to Tiffany and Co to incur the cost of a courier to return the item for inspection/ repair and not down to me as the consumer.
I was also informed that a 14 day responce time is the acceptable time frame to have my concerns and either a repair or replacement item

Tiffany & Co. Service

I am a regular customer of Tiffany's, I have bought necklaces and bracelets, and sometimes it feels intimidating to walk in there, but I do it anyways . One time I was browsing a bit in the Tiffany and Co. of Garden State Plaza NJ, when a rude sales associates shooed me out of the store. I was with my aunt, and the rude blonde lady told me it was about time they were going to close and said goodbye to me . It was 6pm and the store closed at 9:30 pm, to me that lady was racist, classist and ageist, since I do look quite young, also I was speaking another language, that's why I believe she kicked me out of the store! I can't believe Tiffany and Co have such small minded individuals that see color as a factor when buying jewelry.

Desired outcome: Sales associate or the company has to go over not being racist to people.

Tiffany & Co. Tiffany Bracelet

I purchase Tiffany bracelet s few years ago that I can't even wear.. I have lost it twice and luckily found it both times very sentimental…I've taken it bk to both the Beverly Hills store and Woodland Hills to have links tightened it came off again . I'm 65 yrs old n it's not like I'm partying just simply wear it .I took to a jeweler they said it's a defect in clamps .I loved my bracelet and feel it's is Tiffany's responsibility to correct this problem I have a bracelet I can't even wear. Please help

Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti® Open Heart Pendant

I bought a Elsa Peretti® Open Heart Pendant on 13 May 2021. My wife wore it once and it's broke. Once only!

I was a long time customer since 20 years ago. Cannot believe Tiffany has became a low quality brand.

I need a refund immediately at the shop but was refused. They said they need to check and determine if it is caused by us. How outrangeous, how rude. They produce the worst quality prduct and try to put customer being responsible for the damage. It's the worst of the worst kind of spam.

I will never never in my life buy any Tiffany product anymore.

Tiffany & Co. Bracelet with enameled blue heart

Representative said the small silver ring attachments that hold the charm break all the time and the cost is $35 to repair and $20 to ship back. Bracelet is approximately a year old. The silver part can't cost more than a dollar in materials. How can you acknowledge that this simply breaks based upon the design and customers should just pay when it breaks. The attitude and lack of costumer service was disappointing. A chick fil a employee would have addressed the situation so much better.

Desired outcome: Replace the silver circle based upon cost of material.

Tiffany & Co. Heart and key pendant necklace

So I bought a necklace from you guys on Friday March 5th 2021 so not even a month ago ! I've only worn it a few times & one night as I was taking it off I realized a tarnished type of stain on it from the front that goes all the way around the back of it on the heart (it literally looks like sweat around the necklace) so I brought it back to the natick store where I bought it & the lady was very nice and told me basically yeah that does happen and they don't know why she did offer that when they open back up for free cleanings again I could get it clean but it would only take the scratches off not the tarnish. I am so DISAPPOINTED I spend 239 on your necklace and it did that in less in a month I don't even wear it anymore ! This is not ok I've bought necklaces from you guys before & worn them a lot more and that never happened!

Desired outcome: Money back or a new necklace.

Tiffany & Co. Product & service

I purchased the tiffany 1837 narrow ring for my son's girlfriend. She has wanted one for years. She was so incredibly excited when she received it. Unfortunately, it turned black around the edges. After multiple attempts to contact customer service to determine our options, and waiting on hold until I just gave up (4 different times), we waited for the scottsdale store to re-open after the covid-related closure. We were told by a store associate that it happens sometimes with "that" ring and that once they clean it, it should be fine. I felt this was b.S. At the time, but we just went with the flow and had them clean it in the store. Within a week later, it happened again. We took the ring back to the store (which is 40 minutes away from where we live) to exchange it for a new one. They processed the transaction and told us we owed them 44 cents for the tax difference (online purchase vs. In-store purchase). I think my jaw dropped when the associate told me that. Forty-four cents! I told her that I was not going to pay them anything and requested that it be an even exchange. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and was a total snob telling us that there was nothing she could do about it and that they could not adjust anything in the computer to zero it out. I was flabbergasted! She walked away and the associate then said that they could mail us one instead and we wouldn't have to pay the 44 cents. We said okay. Sure enough, after changing the transaction in the computer to a mail delivery, it still said we owed 44 cents! My son's girlfriend was so upset! She waited years to get it and then another 3.5 months to get it exchanged... To be told we owed them money. The ring was $175 and it tarnishes, yet I have a tiffany bracelet, my son's girlfriend has a tiffany necklace and bracelet, her mom has a tiffany necklace, and her best friend has 3 tiffany pieces... And none of us have ever had an issue with tarnishing over and over again within a week! C'mon, tiffany! Do something about your customer service! Now that you have lost 3 tiffany customers over 44 cents, hope it was worth it! What occurred with this one transaction has spoke volumes that you don't care one bit about customer service! I don't give a crap about the blue box anymore! We will take our business elsewhere! I'm sure you don't care anyway, since you have a value of $5.34 billion dollars (in 2019) and you need that 44 cents! Taxes or not, it should have been handled without a snobby interaction with a store manager and without having to ask a customer for more money on an exchange of your faulty product! Absolutely terrible!

Tiffany & Co. customer service

purchased a gift for my wedding anniversary. Paid for overnight shipping. Received a phone call that item is unavailable but they can ship it form the store (which will cause it to arrive 1 day later). I was OK with it as that would make it exactly 1 day prior to my anniversary. However it did not get delivered in Tim (its 24 hrs past that - my anniversary date and my gift is scheduled for arrival post anniversary. Totally unacceptable. Customer service is useless. I am done with shopping from them. Very nonchalant customer service agent explained that only thing I can do is send the shipment back and should get my money back within 3 weeks.
Embarrassing.

Tiffany & Co. fake products

i brought a Tiffany & co glasses from Optometrists Today in Trinidad and Tobago and it has only been 7 months since i have the glasses and the Tiffany engraving has already begun to fade away.

After making reports to optometrists today i am being told it is my fault because of patient handling due to sweating. The engraving is not on the inside of the glasses nor is it touching my skin so i dont understand how sweating could cause the engraving to fade. I am very disappointed because a Tiffany glasses in Trinidad and Tobago cost $5000tt and up.

I am not sure what to do because it looks like Optometrists today are selling fake Tiffany and Co products.

Tiffany & Co. cleaning/customer service

Today, on a whim my daughter asked me to stop by to pick up a necklace she was having cleaned. I waited in the car thinking it would take just a moment. 30 minutes later, she walked out in tears. She was ignored. Today she had no makeup on, was wearing jeans and a t-shirt and looked very average. She said another young lady that was getting her engagement ring cleaned that came in after her was treated much nicer and was helped much quicker even the customer getting her ring cleaned felt how she was being ignored and said something please teach your customer service reps to not judge based on looks. It was incredibly disheartening for my 19 year old to experience something so blatant at a store she admittedly loved.
I'm absolutely discussed.

I have visited and made purchases from Tiffany's in New York and LA. I have always had excellent service. Until I visited the Tiffany's in Tampa.
I wasn't greeted when I came in.
I wasn't offered help.
I actually asked for help from a lady who actually asked what did I need 😐 in a not so nice way.
Then she said all sales persons were busy and she would let them know I needed to look at a piece of jewelry. So I was like u know I been all over this store and not once single person had acknowledged me so I'm just going to leave. Well the lady who was gonna find me some help, was just standing at the door doing absolutely nothing when I left. She didn't asked me if anyone helped me nor did she even acknowledged I left. I wasn't thanked for coming in. Nothing! She actually looked me in the face and watched me walk out. First Tiffany's I've ever been in where I actually left without a purchase. I was very disappointed and I will never visit this location again. Maybe I appeared to not be a buyer. But I assure you I could buy a nice piece of jewelry if I do desired. Even my daughter was disappointed as she has never seen Tiffany service such as that.

Tiffany & Co. ring

Purchase a ring for my girlfriend, it wasn't her exact taste. So we went online and looked at other possibilities. I then went into the store to buy a different ring hoping she would love it.
I saw a ring I thought would better suit her.. They didn't have size five so told me they would order one and call when it was ready. My gf went into the store. They refused to give her money back. Tried calling the corporate office. Waited on hold for an hour when was hung up on. Called back and now they aren't telling me I have to battle the store. This is a joke. Never in my life would you expect a company such as tiffany's act and treat their customers this way!

I just would like to check with you
If you can connect me with the right people since I have sent Multiple emails to the customer service but until now,
I have got no response.
My main concern is to check if my order #503632 is under process since it is important to me to receive the gift that I have bought for my wife on time before her birthday.
I have an account under my name - Oussama el ghazali - and it shown that the order is under process but till now I have not received any notification about the shipment.
In another note, I have just checked with my bank that the amount deducted of 506.8$
was reverse to my account after I have made a payment of Last Sunday and was successfully deducted. It is mentioned that Tiffany has declined the purchase and I want to understand the reason.
If you want more secure payment, you can send me a secure payment link and I will be able to finalize the transaction but I just don't understand this delay and why the amount was reversed suddenly to my account.
I live in Dubai and I have done many shopping online abroad using my Dubai international card and this is the first time that I encounter this issue.
Please this is my second follow up email since it is important for me to get the gift for my wife and for our anniversary on time and I even paid an extra 30$ in order to get the shipment send to my aramex account in US on time.

Tiffany & Co. awful service

My son purchased an necklace on 30/11/18, paid extra for engravement, item was engraved wrong, sent back on 10/12/18 they received 11/12/18 still not received purchased item back, customer service response it a busy time of year, not his mistake it's the engravers mistake, quick enough taking his £££s but not so quick fixing their mistake and returning his purchased item, awful company hopefully my son will learn from his mistakes and never purchase from them again, just a shame it was his and his girlfriends first christmas together and he wanted to give her something special as it was also their first year together, shame on you tiffany&co coz ur gifts don't come in little blue boxes on time and #believeindreams as you state in ur adverts is false advertising as i've read the reviews it looks like my son isn't the only person let down with the service you provide I only wish he had read the reviews before making a purchase

Tiffany & Co. sterling rtt round tag bracelet

I purchased a bracelet back in 2011 and stopped wearing the bracelet back in 2014 because it was changing color and rusting. I took it back to the store several times because the bracelet kept changing color each time the store rep would clean the bracelet refusing to simply replace is. Eventually I gave up because i miss placed the receipt. I recently found the receipt and would like for Tiffany's to replace the cheap bracelet

Tiffany & Co. schlumberger 16 stone ring

I purchased a platinum Schlumberger 16 stone from Tiffany & Co. two years ago for our wedding anniversary. My wife loves the ring and wears it frequently, but the ring never incurs heavy use. A couple months ago I noticed one of the diamonds was loose, so I sent it to Tiffany & Co. to be repaired and they came back with a cost estimate of $1935.00, stating that the ring needed to be remounted. Needless to say, I was shocked that a ring less than two years old and not subject to heavy wear needed these kinds of repairs and equally shocked at the cost to remount the ring. When I inquired with Tiffany & Co., I was basically brushed aside. So, I can safely say that I would not recommend this ring to anyone which is quite unfortunate because it's beautiful and has sentimental value to us, but apparently they are not well made and incredibly expensive to maintain.

Awful. Ring don't buy. It's my wedding band and it is the most pain ring to wear. It's like wearing a ring of thorns. Tiffani's have lost it.
