My name is James Velazquez. I lost my old phone, [protected]. In order to access my Ticketmaster account, I have to change the phone number to [protected]. To do that requires ID verification because you will only send the one-time-code to my old phone number, which no longer exists. You don't have the option to send it to my e-mail address, for some reason. The links they sent to my e-mail three times, [protected]@yahoo.com, were all dead. My ticket orders are for two nights at Moody Center for the Crossroads Guitar Festival. The order numbers are 15-21305/DL2 and 16-32600/DL2. My address is 250 East Grant Road, Apt. 301, Tucson, AZ. The last four numbers of my debit card are . . . 9911

Claimed loss: The present value of the tickets (NOT the purchase price of $480, but the present value of about $1,500.)

Desired outcome: Access my account.
