Frustrating Experience with TicketCharge: A Review of Purchasing Tickets for a Big Event
I gotta say, my experience with TicketCharge was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I was trying to snag some tickets for a big event, and let me tell you, it was a struggle. I spent a solid two days trying to make my purchase, but the website just wouldn't cooperate. I started off trying to get seats in section 113, but the site wouldn't confirm my selection. So, I ended up settling for section 112 instead.
But the issues didn't stop there. When I tried to complete my purchase, the website acted up again. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to call TicketCharge's office for some help. Unfortunately, I was greeted by an answering machine instead of a live person. Not exactly what I was hoping for.
To top it all off, I was interested in the family 5 pack deal, but it wasn't even listed on the website. So, I ended up having to spend more money than I had planned.
Overall, I'm not sure I would use TicketCharge again. While I eventually got my tickets, the process was pretty frustrating and time-consuming. I think there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to their website and customer service.
Disappointing Experience with TicketCharge: High Charges and Confusing Protection Options
I tried to buy tickets from TicketCharge and I gotta say, I was not impressed. First off, when I was trying to buy my tickets, the terms and agreement thingy didn't even open up when it asked me if I wanted protection for my tickets. Like, what's up with that? I don't even know what kind of protection I would need or who I would need it from. So, I'm glad I didn't pay the extra $40 for that.
But that's not even the worst part. The charges for these tickets are way too high, man. Like, I get it, they gotta make money and all that, but come on. And to top it off, I don't even get a simple ticket as a keepsake. Like, what am I supposed to do, just remember that I went to this event? That's not gonna cut it for me.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend TicketCharge to anyone. The charges are too high and the whole protection thing is just confusing. Plus, not getting a ticket as a keepsake is just a bummer.
TicketCharge Review: Hassle and Fees Galore
I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with TicketCharge. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about getting my hands on some sweet concert tickets, but the whole process just felt like a bit of a hassle. First off, why can't they just mail the tickets to me ahead of time? I don't want to have to go to some other location on the night of the concert, or even worse, wait in some crazy long line at Will Call at the Pepsi Center. Ain't nobody got time for that!
And don't even get me started on the fees. I mean, I get that they gotta make some money, but come on. It just feels like they're taking advantage of us music lovers. Plus, they don't even tell you where your seats are gonna be! I don't wanna drop a bunch of cash on tickets only to find out I'm stuck in the nosebleeds.
Overall, I guess TicketCharge gets the job done, but it's definitely not my first choice when it comes to buying tickets. If they could just simplify things a bit and maybe lower those fees, I'd be a lot happier.

Misleading Pricing on TicketCharge - Buyer Beware!
So, I was pretty bummed out when I bought my tickets on TicketCharge. At first, the price seemed like a steal at $324. But then, when I entered all my Visa info, the price jumped up to $439! I mean, I know this is a reseller site and all, but come on! They should have made it clear from the get-go that the price was gonna be higher than the face value. It's just not fair to mislead people like that.
TicketCharge Review: Hidden Charges Disappointing, But Easy to Use Website
TicketCharge is a website that sells tickets for various events. I recently used their service to purchase tickets for a concert and was disappointed to find out that the final cost was much higher than the listed price. The extra charges were not clearly stated and were hidden in the fine print. This was a shocker for me as I was not expecting to pay so much more than the listed price.
I understand that there are additional charges that need to be added to the ticket price, but I feel like these should be included in the listed price. It would be much more transparent and would prevent customers from feeling like they have been robbed. I don't mind paying the final cost of a ticket, but I want to know what that cost is upfront.
Despite the hidden charges, I found the website easy to use and navigate. The purchasing process was straightforward and I received my tickets in a timely manner. However, I would appreciate more transparency when it comes to the final cost of the tickets.
Overall, I would recommend TicketCharge to others, but with the caveat that they should be aware of the hidden charges. It would be great if the website could include the additional charges in the listed price to prevent any confusion or disappointment.
TicketCharge Review: Great Customer Service, But Watch Out for Hidden Fees
I'm a 70 year old fella from Canada and I gotta say, my first time using TicketCharge was a bit of a head-scratcher. I had some trouble figuring out the whole process, and to top it off, I was pretty darn peeved when I saw that there were almost $100.00 U.S. in fees tacked on. I mean, come on now, that's a pretty penny!
Luckily, my wife and I decided to give the 1-800 number a ring for some help. And let me tell ya, the fella who answered was a real gem. He was super nice and answered all our questions without any fuss. But even with his help, I'm still pretty steamed about those extra costs.
Overall, I gotta say that TicketCharge could use some work in the transparency department. It's not cool to spring hidden fees on folks like that. But hey, at least their customer service is top-notch.
