I gotta say, my experience with TicketCharge was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I was trying to snag some tickets for a big event, and let me tell you, it was a struggle. I spent a solid two days trying to make my purchase, but the website just wouldn't cooperate. I started off trying to get seats in section 113, but the site wouldn't confirm my selection. So, I ended up settling for section 112 instead.

But the issues didn't stop there. When I tried to complete my purchase, the website acted up again. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to call TicketCharge's office for some help. Unfortunately, I was greeted by an answering machine instead of a live person. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

To top it all off, I was interested in the family 5 pack deal, but it wasn't even listed on the website. So, I ended up having to spend more money than I had planned.

Overall, I'm not sure I would use TicketCharge again. While I eventually got my tickets, the process was pretty frustrating and time-consuming. I think there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to their website and customer service.

I'm a 70 year old fella from Canada and I gotta say, my first time using TicketCharge was a bit of a head-scratcher. I had some trouble figuring out the whole process, and to top it off, I was pretty darn peeved when I saw that there were almost $100.00 U.S. in fees tacked on. I mean, come on now, that's a pretty penny!

Luckily, my wife and I decided to give the 1-800 number a ring for some help. And let me tell ya, the fella who answered was a real gem. He was super nice and answered all our questions without any fuss. But even with his help, I'm still pretty steamed about those extra costs.

Overall, I gotta say that TicketCharge could use some work in the transparency department. It's not cool to spring hidden fees on folks like that. But hey, at least their customer service is top-notch.
