They sell gift certs to companies not with them. They overestimate gift cert value. Hard to get someone on phone. Don't buy from these peeps.

Got myself a $500 egift card from Great American Days on 10/21
Got myself a $500 egift card from Great American Days on 10/21. I talked to the booking folks and they said I'd get the card on 10/27. But since then, I can't get a hold of them and haven't gotten anything from them. Tried calling them a bunch of times and was stuck on hold for over 2 hours each time. Left messages but no one called me back. Sent emails to different departments but no response. One email bounced back even though it's all over their website. I'm out $500 and I'm pretty sure this business is a scam. Don't think it's even real.

I started using Great American Days in early August to get my 500 full day spa experience. Amy gave me a list of spas and I booked my services at Agora Day Spa in Stamford, CT for 9/2. Amy said I would get the spa finder gift card by 8/25, but I didn't get it. So, I started calling and emailing. Amy responded to me on 8/30, saying she had a death in the family. She said she would order it and I would have it the next day. But I didn't get it and continued to call and email without a response. I finally got the link on 9/2 at 4 pm during my spa day, which ended at 5. I was in my service, so I couldn't open it until 5. It asked me for a challenge key, which was not provided. I emailed and called on 9/2 and 9/3, but got no response. I paid $571 using my credit card at the spa. They said they will reimburse me once I have the code for the gift card. I want reimbursement and also compensation for a very stressful experience that ruined my relaxing spa day. This was the most unprofessional experience I ever had.
