Told to go online and enter details before pickup to get priority service, There was noone at the counter when we arrived and had to go to back of line at Hertz counter, So their claim was a LIE.
Hired a car for 2 days. i was late 1 hour in bringing the car back, i was charged $30 for that, OK. But then i was charged $105 extra for another full day,rental costs.
Also i filled the car up less than 3 kms from the airport, The petrol machine was filled and cllicking to indicate the tank was full. My bill then was charged $46 for extra fuel. So that is FRAUD.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM
