On 10/08/24, I ordered a book from Thriftbook, order #[protected]. The wrong book arrived and I followed Thriftbook's procedure for returning the book and have my credit card credited. On 10/18/24, I received and email from Thriftbooks stating that the returned book had been received and that I would get a refund in 2-5 business days. As of 12/08/24, I have still not received my refund.

Claimed loss: $20.21

Desired outcome: I want the refund immediately.
