chris, phil, n montell were all super profesh n helpful. phil n montell came over within an hour of us callin n got right to work takin out the wet spots. they came back every day to check if the dampness was goin down. im so happy with their work n would def recommend them to anyone.

Thompson Building Associates, Inc. is a construction company located at 3333 Refugee Rd Columbus, 43232. The consumer had a flood in her house from a broken pipe on Dec 26, 2021. The insurance company paid the construction company the entire balance. However, the construction company is still billing her for plumbing work that was not done on her house. The consumer had to pay out of her pocket for the plumber. She is receiving bills that are threatening to send her to collections. The business is refusing to itemize the bill, and the consumer is still being billed $890. It's a real hassle for the consumer, and she is not happy with the service provided by Thompson Building Associates, Inc.

Phil and Montal were amazing! They were super nice and professional. They came really fast when we had a water problem and set up all the drying stuff right away. They always told us when they were coming to check the stuff and were always on time. If we ever need help again, we'll call Thompson because of how great Phil and Montal were.

I'm really happy with the service I got from Thompson Building Associates, Inc. The guys who came to my place this week (I think one was named *** and the other maybe ***?) were awesome! I was already stressed out about the situation, but they were so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt really comfortable. They did a great job and I'm so grateful for their help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Thompson Building Associates, Inc. is not a good company to work with. They lied to me about the carpet location and never apologized for it. The work had to be modified multiple times, and even after agreeing on the work, the measurements were wrong. I had to help the worker remove the old carpet and padding with my tractor. They promised to compensate me for my labor, but they never did. I am not satisfied with their service at all. Moreover, they were supposed to start the work in December , but they didn't start until June . It's unbelievable!

Sent out a team who cleaned up, dried out, and disinfected our home. Highly recommend them to all during those home emergencies, both big and small.

Thompson Building Associates were professionals throughout the entire process. Basement flooded from a broken water line. The customer service tech listened carefully to our problem. He reassured us that they could help us get our home fixed. And dispatched a team to come out to properly dry the area. Team was prompt, cordial and professional. Thanks to all!

The team that came to my residence were as follows (Dominique T, Chris B, and Phil H.). The team was prompt, professional, deliberate, respectful of my home and myself. They explained what they were doing and why. The testing and the reading that were taken was explained in detail. They left no mess or clean up after they left. I was told that they enjoyed working at my house and THANKED me for choosing them. They also explained other services that they offered other that the ones that were just completed. They let me if I needed anything else to call the office they would schedule an appointment to see what was needed and take care of it. If team is a representation of RESQ24 I will recommend them to anyone I know that finds need of their. Excellent group of men that represented the company.
