Like everyone else, I was told I had potential and was invited up to shoot in Birmingham. A £50 holding fee was taken which I was told would be refunded if I turnes up. I was told not to wear make up or do my hair as professional hair stylists and make up artists (quoted ‘had worked for Vogue!) would be doing this!
Turned up and the woman was clearly no make up artist and asked why I hadnt brought any make up?!
Done the shoot and was taken into a room with a man (I wont name names) and felt bery intimitated, whilst at the same time, he sold me the world!
I suffer with MH and anxiety and was put on thw spot and told I would not be able to take up the offer once I had left. Put on the spot and feeling intimidated, I signed. Like others, I was then hurried out
After researching this company, my friend who has legal background, took a look aswell and found out that the person behind TS Studios (aswell as going under Kube and other names), has been on BBC watchdog for the same thing! its absolutely a scam!
I reached out to Action Fraud who were amazing, and advised they had received hundreds of the same calls (describing the main bloke I saw, this even matched other descriptions they had of the same person)
They advised to email them and say any furtger contact would be classed as harrassment, and any legal jargon wasnt relevant due to them being basically, a fraudulant company!
All this was put in an email and I claimed back the £50 deposit and the £100 I paid on the day. Weeks after they then contested it and it was taken back out my account. In the meanttime, they used my details to setup ANOTHER Dd, which another payment of £250 was taken!
The bank again done an indemnity claim which I got back (I have also contested the original £100 as I havent, and will not, receive any products from them).
I will not be closing my account as even though the bank have blocked any further payment, they will do all they can to take your money!
Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are sneaky and get around it bu saying they are a modelling ‘platform’ (as no agency will have you pay for a portfolio!).
Anyone in this same situation, please report to Action Fraud! these people need stopping!
They CANNOT legally take your money and they use scare tactics
Desired outcome: Stop trying to take money from my account when i have received no services from yourselves!!

This is a major scam and you’ll should run from it!.. I was invite for a shoot and have the same story like everyone here and that’s absolutely how they work. I wished I made more research before going on the day. After the shoot I asked for my refund and they kept referring and saying [censored]. Well, I had to dispute the 50£ taken from my account and sent proofs to my bank as while that this company is a scam and wouldn’t refund my money. Hopefully I got the refund back through the dispute resolution and that’s it. This is a fuvking Scam and I think they target immigrants and those who wouldn’t want to go to the police!
