Best experience ever!!
We are so pleased that our son was chosen to work with NYLA Talent. He has had social anxiety for a few years but has always wanted to learn how to become an actor but too shy to really try. The coaches he has worked with so far have been absolute rock stars! Connor is so talented, patient (and funny!) and has helped our son to come out of his shell and guide him so that he can follow his dreams. He has also already been doing better in school which is a major bonus for us as parents of course. Our experience has been so wonderful and has also taught us quite a bit about the entertainment world we did not know before. The whole company has been very professional and attentive with answering all of our many questions (sorry guys lol). We just wanted to say a big thank you for everything you have done for our son. He will never forget this experience!

We had an awesome experience with NYLA. My daughter attended iPop and was well prepared for all of her categories thanks to the training that NYLA provided. She enjoyed all of the coaches and especially connected with Jareb Dauplaise. At the end of iPop, my daughter received 18 callbacks and a scholarship to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts next summer. She also has been working regularly with agents, managers and recording studios since arriving home. Thank you, NYLA.

I love the experience of working with NYLA Talent and giving my daughter Kelis a chance to show her talent. The experience Kelis had working with celebrity coaches was amazing to her and to me. I'm hoping that we can share this experience a little bit longer.

NYLA Talent offers classes in order to prepare and strengthen skills necessary to shine in the Showcase. Our son has always been the kid who wants to be the center of attention since he was 1 or 2 years old. When he began is classes with NYLA Talent, he began practicing his monologue and scripts and really began noticing the different ways his voice can carry a scene. Now that he has had the opportunity with NYLA Talent, he has really honed his skills to use his facial expressions, his vocal tone, and his body language to communicate, not only in a scene, but also in his classes and communications with others. He signed with Commercial Talent Agency, and he is really looking forward to the opportunities he has in his future. Without NYLA, the mentors, the coaches, the sessions, and the consistent feedback and answered questions, our son would not have grown and strengthened his drive and passion. We worried he would not like acting anymore if it felt forced; instead, he surprised us because of the support the coaches and participants offered every class. While NYLA did cost us money, we paid as much as we pay for his team's soccer fees...we figured, if we were paying for one passion, why not pay for another passion. If your child is interested in acting, give NYLA a chance. It really paid off for our son.

NYLA Talent helped my kids build confidence in public speaking, acting and expressing themselves, I love this model. It not only allow the kids to meet their favorite Disney characters, actors and game shows host. But it allow my children to participate in a national search for talent without leaving my home. I have six children and there is no way I would have been able to afford plan tickets to California without NYLA. I would gladly recommend NYLA to anyone who would like to put their children in movies, commercials, TV shows or extras.
