The Villages at Marley Station Management

So I’d went to court for eviction on may 30th, the judge gave me a 39 extension just for me to come to court June 21 🤔… talked to the lawyer and he said I owed for April’s and May’s rent… but CLEARLY I got funded for all the way up to 05/31/2023 by acds….. I’m gettin a lawyer and I’m sueing someone peeiod I don’t want to talk anymore, everytime I take a shower water is brown, gnats coming out my kitchen sink, call for maintenance and they take FORVERE TO DO ANYTHING EVEN EMERGENCY REQUEST, I heard of people living in they units with MOLD, an exterminator only came here like 3 times ever since I lived here which is Jan 2021…. Something has to be done… they wa t ya money but DINT CARE ABOUT HOW YOUR LIVING

Desired outcome: I need to be composited, someone needs to call or email me… something positive better happen due to the fact EVERYONE HERE IS TIRED OF YALL PERIOD

The Villages at Marley Station I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment at The Villages at Marley on December 3

I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment at The Villages at Marley on December 3. The next day, I got a call saying I was approved and needed to pay a $100 hold fee to reserve a second floor apartment in building ***. I tried to pay online, but the portal wasn't working. I was told later that the company was sold and the portal was down. On December 8, I went to the office to pay the fee as instructed by Ms. Angie ***. I asked her what would happen if the apartment wasn't available, and she said I could get a different apartment or a refund. On December 10, I emailed requesting a refund. Ms. Angie didn't talk about the refund and suggested adding income to qualify for the apartment. I sent my non-English speaking friend to apply, and her credit was approved, but her income made us ineligible for the 2 bedroom. Ms. said we couldn't apply for a 3 bedroom and that only 2 people could apply for a 2 bedroom. I still don't have an apartment or my $100 hold fee. On February 5, 2022, I got an email apologizing for the denial, but no mention of my refund. I contacted Navy Federal to dispute the charge, but Ms. dragged out the process, and it was outside the 60-day window. Navy Federal suggested filing a small claim and checking with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I complained to Ms. about Ms. dragging out the process, and she said the old management ran away with money and documents needed to process my refund. She also said other applicants had the same problem.
